  • Pumpkin of medium size
  • Vegetable oil about 3 table spoon
  • Chopped onion 2

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

2 — Bean pasta soup

  • 1 cup beans soaked in water for whole night and then wash with cold water
  • Olive oil 3 table spoon
  • Some chopped bacon
  • Hipped celery stalk about 1
  • Chopped carrot and onion 1
  • Chopped garlic cloves 2
  • Chopped medium tomatoes 3
  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Put oil in wide pan and heat it. Add carrot, onion, bacon, celery, garlic and stir it continually. This cooking continues until all ingredients becomes soft. Then add tomatoes and cook on lower fire for 10 to 12 minutes. Add beans in them with water enough to cover the beans and heat it for 2 hours in low fire. Check them time to time as beans start to soften add spices and salt in it. After the specified time blend all ingredients of pan into a blender to make soup like appearance. Add pasta and cook it until pasta becomes soft inside. Now your soup is ready to eat. You can garnish it with lemon or cheese.
